Otaru Chicken

Otaru chicken is a local chicken born in Otaru City, Hokkaido, with several species breeding. Adapted to the climate of Otaru, it is a chicken that is strong in coldness and illness and is familiar to people.
The breeding environment is a flat keep from the beginning, and it is brought up in an environment where breeding density can freely grow and exercise freely about half of the specific JAS standard specified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
The taste of meat has moderate biting ease and richness compared with general broiler, and it has features with less smell.

Phantom coffee
"TOARCO TORAJA"

In the 18th century, there was a phantom coffee that was called "masterpiece of Celebes (Sulawesi)".
Toraja coffee produced only on Sulawesi island in Indonesia.
It was the passion of many Japanese who revived the coffee that disappeared from the market in the confusion of the great war. They opened the way to the production area and regenerated the devastated farm.
Key coffee keeps its quality for about 40 years and is loved by coffee enthusiasts.

Otaru Beer

Otaru beer was born in Otaru of Hokkaido on July 15,1995.
The period of the mid-1990s to the second half before and after the birth of Otaru beer is also the period when many breweries were born in Japan.
And going back now for about a century,many breweries were build all over Japan during the Meiji era middle period.
The number of breweries reached approximately 150,and about 115 years after the start of this beer,
The renaissance of Japanese beer culture began to be said to be the generation of the second beer.
